Non-personalized, in-stock items will be produced and shipped out within 3 business days. You will get an email with a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your order has been shipped. We will notify you if your item is on backorder. 

Most customized items are produced within 10 business days at which time we will ship your order. Customized orders cannot be cancelled or changed once the order has been placed. Some custom items may take longer than 10 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will get an email confirmation from Bella Grace Paper with a clickable tracking link and number.

Please download and print the product return form and include it in your box with any merchandise you would like to return.

Eligible merchandise can be returned for a store credit or replacement.
